HOW TO ENTER
a. Starting on Monday 09/02/2013 at 5AM - Thursday 09/19/2013 at midnight. You can enter to win.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The contest is open to all WYTV-TV listeners/viewers 18 years of age who legally reside in Mahoning County, Trumbull County, Mercer County and Columbiana County. Employees of WYTV-TV (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the Youngstown/Warren metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. One (1) Prize Pack (Total Approximate Retail Value $370)
One Winner and 1 guest (guests must be 18 unless winner is their parent or guardian) will receive:
- 2 ticket to Cirque Musica on 09/25/2013 at the Covelli Centre at 7PM
(ARV: $160.00)
- Dinner for 2 at The Upstairs Restaurant in Austintown. A gift certificate will be included valued at $100.00. No alcohol will be included.
- Limo Ride from WYTV - 3930 Sunset Blvd., Youngstown, OH 44512 - to both destinations provided by Fab Limo
(ARV: $100.00)
- Meet and Greet with Debbie Gibson at the Covelli Centre approximately one hour before the show (6PM on 9/25/2013). WYTV (The Station) is not responsible for delays or any type of cancellation related to the proposed meet and greet.

The “33 News Daybreak Cirque Musica Night Out” Prize package will take place on Wednesday 9/25/2013. The winner and 1 guests are to arrive at WYTV at 4:00pm and Fab Limo will take you, your guest and Len Rome and Jim Loboy to The Upstairs Restaurant and then to Covelli Centre for a meet and greet with Debbie Gibson and the Cirque Musica concert. The limo will then return the group to WYTV when the concert is finished.
There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
After all entries are received one winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries on Thursday 9/19/2013 at midnight.
You do not need to listen/view to win.
In addition to being announced on air between 5AM-7AM, on Friday, 09/20/2013. Winner will be notified by 10AM though e-mail or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If winner is notified without a response, that individual will have until Monday 09/23/2013 at 10AM to contact the station. If the winner cannot be notified, that winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible entries.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”]
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
